The Sithiss snakemen were a puissant and sneaky force. Fighting one-on-one was their strength and also their weakness. Defeating these substantial beings would be a life-changing accomplishment.

A snakeman warrior is carrying:
a crown of laurel leaves

Note that the snakemen can tail, and hence stun you in combat.
Only one of the snakeman warriors holds the crown. The others are holding various junk items.

There are multiple snakemen warriors, and some wander. The snakemen can be reached by giving the Key Shaped Sword to the GateKeeper.
