You will need Sneak, Move Hidden, and Pass door to get through this mini-quest.
It begins:
From the Sea Serpent move 1 south,
Go to the Abandonned Ship,
Kill Barratan the Tormentor to get the Cross,
Give Cross to the boy for a Head Band,
Give Head band to the Smarmy Mariner for the Nautical Charm.
