1 FETTER 'RACIAL FETTER' RACIAL-FETTER Syntax: racial fetter <target> or racial fetter
With this ability, Stone Giants can cause the earth to rise up and entomb the feet of their enemy. This prevents the hapless foe from leaving the battlefield. It also causes them to be less dextrous than they would be otherwise.
Typing 'racial fetter' with no target attacks a mob you are already in combat with.
This racial is EXHAUSTED for a short time when used.
