Syntax: shatter <victim> [NOTE: you don't target item]
Prerequisites: Crane Style
With this skill, a monk can attempt to shatter the weapon of an
enemy. This is an open-handed technique.

Note: Reinforced items can withstand the attempts to shatter them.
