Find one of the two crumbling servitors. One is in the northeast section (room Stables East) and the other is with Xohd in the lower, east section (room Excavations).
Kill it. Randomly an earth elemental will be released.
Kill it and it will drop its essence.
Take it to Xohd by going w[s]s[e]ds.
Give it to him and receive a smooth stone tablet.
