Shimmering Grey Cloak

The cloak is made of a soft grey material. Fine lines of blue are woven into it and shimmer in the light. It is finely cut and unadorned, except for a small pattern embroidered onto the shoulder. It shows a coat of arms, a slightly curvy line and below it a few small dots grouped around a larger one, that gleam with a soft blue light.
